The remodeling project in 2023 transformed the lower level of the SMILE Station. In addition to the creation of the formal SMILE offices, we are now able to provide an additional rental space for our community. This modest, well appointed and beautiful meeting space has some terrific amenities including a 50″ flat screen TV, its own heating and AC, restroom, gorgeous furnishings, kitchenette with microwave, sink, coffee maker and mini-fridge. This space is available to those hosting private events o Nour main floor such as wedding receptions as a bridal lounge, and other functions where a little extra private space is welcomed. It is also ideal for community groups and organizations in need, and an affordable space for professional meetings, temporary workspaces, interviews or trainings.
This room size and amenities make it a great space for a variety of uses.
This quite space has it’s own exterior entrance through the north side of the Station. It can also be accessed from an interior staircase near the kitchen of the main floor. It also has its now private ADA restroom*. Here’s a full list of Hainley Room Amenities.
