We have 10 – 48″ round tables and 8 – 6ft rectangular tables and 80 chairs available for use during your rental period at no additional charge.

The main carpeted area is approximately 1300 sq. ft.

There is a complete inductrial use kitchen available to all renters at no additonal charge.

We accept personal check and credit card payment / Paypal via our online payment portal.

Rentals require a $150 refundable security deposit. This amount is refunded after each event provided that there is no damage or missing items, and that all cleaning requirements are met.

Beer and wine are allowed at SMILE Station. No hard alcohol can be served. All rentals wishing to serve alcohol must provide an additional $100 deposit and an additional day-of event insurance policy. 

Cancellations:

  • If cancellation notice is given less than 90 days prior to the event, deposit & rental fees are both forfeited.
  • If cancellation notice is given 90 days or more prior to event, the deposit is forfeited, and the hourly fees will be refunded.
  • SMILE reserves the right to cancel rentals due to conflicts or emergency conditions. In the event of a cancellation by SMILE not due to emergency conditions or natural phenomenon, all fees including any application, deposits and rental fees will be refunded.
