All memorials include access to the SMILE Station Main Floor amenities including tables, chairs, our industrial kitchen, two ADA restrooms, projector system, portable podium, cozy fireplace for warmer months, and our antique baby grand piano.
We see many memorials and celebrations of life here at the SMILE Station, its light and welcoming interior provides the perfect space to gather together with your friends and family and remember your loved one. There are no catering restrictions, which means you can provide food for everyone while you talk, share, and support one another. The projector system is perfect for a remembrance video too. Remember, when you reserve the Station, you aren’t just reserving the building, you are reserving the grounds too. This means, in warmer months, your guests can mingle outdoors on the grounds. You can hire a food or coffee truck to provide your guests with their meal or beverages. There are many great ways to use the spaces here.
Rental fees are due at the time of booking. Security Deposits and Cleaning fees are due 7-10 days prior to events. *In some instances, when no alcohol is served, the security deposit can be waived. Cleaning fee depends upon number of guests. **Day of Event Insurance is only required when Alcohol is served. Need some extra private space during your rental? Consider adding the Hainley-Leipzig Room to your reservation.
The Hainley-Leipzig is a convenient and private space on the lower level of the SMILE Station that can or during your reception, use as a kid’s room where you can give them a pizza and a movie, a new mom’s quiet space for nursing, or even a space for changing clothes or to just step away occasionally when sensory overload happens.
