Rental fees are due at the time of booking. Limited food, suggests prepackaged snacks and simple beverages. Accommodations can be made for groups providing a catered meal. Cleaning fees are waived in leu of the completion of a basic cleanup checklist.
Consider adding or reserving the Hainley-Leipzig Room.
The Hainley-Leipzig Room is a convenient alternative space on the lower level of the SMILE Station that can be used along with your main floor rental or on its own for groups of 14 persons of fewer.
We can reorganize this space to add long rectangular tables and even remove furniture to arrange the room as you need it for your rental. The 50″ flat screen is excellent for presentations and there is a private restroom and exterior and interior staircase for access.
