Yes. There is a projector system available for use which is connected via an HDMI cable. MAC devices may require an adapter. There is an HDMI cable for you to use. We do not provide adapters for MAC devices. There is a 12ft. viewing screen as well. The projector does have a small speaker for audio. There are simple operating instructions located in a binder in the kitchen.
The Station does not have a PA system to amplify sound.

We offer the use of 10 white tablecloths for our rectangular tables and 10 tablecloths for our 48″ round tables. There is a $95 cleaning fee and advanced notice is required. Napkins are not available.
There is a main front lawn/garden area with a couple trees as well as a side grassy area on the south side of the building. You are welcome to use both during fair weather conditions (not muddy or rainy), we just ask that you are considerate of our neighbors.
The main carpeted area is approximately 1300 sq. ft.
We accept personal check and credit card payment / Paypal via our online payment portal.
Prior to the event, the renter will be provided with an access code which will be active for the duration of their rental period.
No staff will be onsite during your rental however, you will be given and emergency number in the event the renter needs immediate assistance.

Rentals require a $350 refundable security deposit. This amount is refunded after each event provided that there is no damage or missing items, and that all cleaning requirements are met. Groups over 30 persons serving food and beverages will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150.
Beer and wine are allowed at SMILE Station. Hard alcohol can only be served/provided by a licensed OLCC bartender and proof of their retainment must be provided 14 days prior to the event. All rentals wishing to serve alcohol must provide an additional day-of event insurance policy. We have specific requirements for the policy and STRONGLY recommend using our provider, Event Helper for securing your insurance.
Cancellations:
There are no catering restrictions for use of the kitchen. For recommendations, see our local resources page.
We have great Wifi for business meetings etc. The login and password are provided in advance of the rental period.
Yes. However ALL amplified sound must be eliminated by 10pm out of courtesy to our neighbors. This includes live music, DJs or canned. We DO NOT have a PA system available for use in the building.
Between the two small parking areas there is room for 4-6 vehicles. There is a good deal of available parking in the neighborhood around the property. Please be respectful and do not block sidewalks or driveways!
