As a small 501(c)3 nonprofit ourselves, we understand the financial crunch that many other nonprofit organizations feel. We proudly make the SMILE Station available to other registered 501(c)3 nonprofits. All nonprofit rentals include access to the SMILE Station main floor amenities including tables, chairs, projector system, industrial kitchen, two ADA restrooms, and portable podium. All windows have blinds that darken the room for presentations and overhead lighting is dimmable and in two separate sections.

Nonprofit pricing is specifically for small, local, nonprofit and community based organizations. Government organizations, large religious organizations, or national nonprofits can be eligible for a discounted rate. Please inquire for specific rates.
Rental fees are due at the time of booking. Limited food, suggests prepackaged snacks and simple beverages. Accommodations can be made for groups providing a catered meal. Cleaning fees are waived in leu of the completion of a basic cleanup checklist.
Consider Reserving the Hainley-Leipzig Room.
The Hainley-Leipzig Room is a convenient alternative space on the lower level of the SMILE Station that can be used for groups of 14 persons of fewer. The rates are lower for this space and in some cases for certain groups, fees can be waived.
We can reorganize this space to add long rectangular tables and even remove furniture to arrange the room as you need it for your rental. The 50″ flat screen is excellent for presentations and there is a private restroom and exterior and interior staircase for access.
