Rates for Weddings / Wedding Receptions

Rates for Private Functions & Memorials

    

  • DESCRIPTION: Birthday Parties, Memorials, Reunions, Family Dinners. (Excludes Wedding Receptions.)
  • DEPOSITS: $350 security/cleaning/damage (refundable).  Learn more about our deposits policy.
  • INSURANCE (Day of Event Policy): Required if alcohol is served.
  • MINIMUM RENTAL: 4 hours
  • CATERING RESTRICTIONS: None
  • LINEN RENTAL: Tablecloths for round and rectangular tables available for a $100 usage/cleaning fee.
  • Tear-Down Checklist must be completed.

Rates for Corporate Meetings

  • DESCRIPTION: Business/corporate staff meetings employee trainings and classes. Assumes no food aside from basic refreshments/prepackaged snacks will be served. Event will not open to the public.
  • DEPOSITS: Depending on nature of event.
  • MINIMUM RENTAL: 2 hours
  • LINEN RENTAL: Tablecloths for round and rectangular tables available for a $100 usage/cleaning fee.
  • Basic Cleaning Checklist must be completed.

Rates for Non-Profit Organizations & Community Groups

 

  • DESCRIPTION: Nonprofit, community, neighborhood organizations & committees. Assumes no food, aside from basic refreshments/prepackaged snacks, will be served. Event will not open to the public. 
  • DEPOSITS & CLEANING FEES: Depending on nature of event.
  • MINIMUM RENTAL: 2 hours.
  • LINEN RENTAL: Tablecloths for round and rectangular tables available for a $100 usage/cleaning fee.
  • EXCLUSIONS: Rates not available for any Saturday rentals. See Private Rental Rates for Saturday rental pricing.
  • EXCEPTIONS: Events scheduled at non-profit rates agree to be rescheduled in the event of a regularly priced event.
  • Basic Cleaning Checklist must be completed.
  • QUALIFICATIONS: SMILE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and our intention with offering our nonprofit rate is to provide a financial break to those groups and organizations doing good work to benefit their communities. Large nonprofits and government organizations that do not fall under the Title 13 Code of Federal Regulations may still receive a reduced rate and should inquire directly. 

Rates for Hainley-Leipzig Room

  • DESCRIPTION: Meeting/gathering space located in the SMILE Station basement. Learn more about the Hainley-Leipzig Room amenities.
  • DEPOSITS & CLEANING FEES: Depending on nature of event.
  • MINIMUM RENTAL: 2 hours.
