Wedding Receptions

The SMILE Station is a beautiful place to gather friends and family to celebrate your special day!

All of our receptions include access to the SMILE Station Main Floor amenities, including tables, chairs, our industrial kitchen, two ADA restrooms, projector system, cozy fireplace for warmer months, and our antique baby grand piano.  Couples looking for some extra privacy or for a place to put the kiddos during their receptions might consider adding the Hainley-Leipzig Room to their rental. Add that space for their entire rental for an additional $300.

  • 7am-11pm building access (16 hours)
  • Client responsible for set up and tear down of all table and chairs
  • Complete post-event cleanup checklist
  • Linens available for an upcharge of $100
  • Tables and chairs included (12 – 48″ round tables, 8 – 6′ x 30″ buffet tables, and 2 – 8′ x 30″ buffet tables and 85 chairs)
  • Full use of projector system
  • Fireplace

  • 1 hour pre-planning visit
  • No catering restrictions
  • Cleaning fee of $200
  • $350 refundable security deposit
  • Day of event proof of insurance required
